INTENDED USE
Gas mask model MP-5 with combined filter is designer to protect eyes, face, respiratory tract and alimentary tract against the effects of chemical warfare (CW) agents, toxic industrial substances, radio-nuclear and biological agents in the form of vapour, gas, dust or aerosols.

BASIC PROTECTIVE PARAMETERS AND PROPERTES:

• over 24-hours’ protection against chemical warfare agents,
• inspiratory breathing resistance of the mask with combined filter:
• 30 dm3/min ≤ 175 [Pa],
• 160 dm3/min ≤ 1500 [Pa],
• expiratory breathing resistance of the mask with combined filter:
• 30 dm3/min ≤ 80 [Pa],
• 60 dm3/min ≤ 300 [Pa],
• total weight of a complete mask (with combined filter FP-5) less than 800 [g],
• safe water intake port allowing for hydration in contaminated environment (≥200 cm3/min),
• voicemitter providing effective communication,
• low CO2content in inhalation air (<1%),
• wide field of vision through a panoramic polyurethane viewfinder,
• available in four sizes of face cover.

The mask is equipped with a centrally located inlet with standard threaded NATO/EN 148-1 connection for canisters and meets the requirements of PN-EN 136:2001, NO-06-A107 and NO-A2014:2005 standards.
